HUNGER IN SOUTH FLORIDA

Battling Hunger in South Florida

Hunger remains a pressing issue in South Florida, where an estimated 1 million residents struggle with food insecurity. In Broward County alone, nearly 15% of the population faces hunger, including many children and seniors who are particularly vulnerable.

Our mission is to combat this pervasive issue by providing nutritious food to those in need and working towards long-term solutions to end hunger. Through community partnerships, food drives, and outreach programs, we aim to ensure that no one in South Florida goes to bed hungry. By addressing the root causes of hunger and promoting sustainable practices, we strive to create a healthier, more food-secure community for all.
